Can I cancel individual items from my order?
In most cases, we’re unable to cancel individual items once an order is placed. Our system begins preparing your full order straight away, which means it’s often processed as a single parcel.

Can I cancel part of my order?
We can try — but only if your order hasn’t progressed too far in the fulfilment process.
Individual item cancellations may be possible if you contact us immediately after placing your order.
How to request a partial cancellation

Use the Live Chat widget in the bottom right corner or contact us on WhatsApp

Provide your order number and clearly state which item(s) you’d like to cancel

We’ll check the status and let you know if it’s still possible to remove any item(s)
If successful, we’ll send you a confirmation email and update your order.
What if the items can’t be cancelled?
If the fulfilment process is already too far along:

Once received, you can return any unwanted items following our standard returns process
