Can I cancel individual items from my order?

Customers often ask, “Can I cancel just one item from my Brown Thomas order?” In most cases, orders are processed as a single parcel, so individual item cancellations are rarely possible. However, if the order has not yet progressed too far in fulfilment, we may be able to help.

Can I cancel part of my order?

• We can only attempt this if your order has not yet advanced too far in the fulfilment process.

• Most orders are processed together, so removing items after confirmation is not always possible.

How to request a partial cancellation

1. Contact us immediately using the Live Chat widget in the bottom right corner.

2. Provide your order number and clearly state which item(s) you would like to cancel.

3. We’ll check the status and confirm if it’s still possible to remove the item(s).

What if my items cannot be cancelled?

• If the fulfilment process is already too far along, you’ll need to wait for the order to arrive.

• Once delivered, you can return any unwanted items following our standard returns process.
