Once your cancellation is confirmed, we begin processing your refund immediately.

Where your refund goes
Card payments → refunded to the same credit or debit card.
Gift card payments → refunded back to the original Gift Card.
Encore Loyalty credit → re-applied to your loyalty account.
Important to know
Always keep your Gift Card until the refund has been received, as the balance will be reloaded onto that card number.
