When will I receive my refund after cancellation?

If your order was cancelled successfully, your refund will be processed automatically. This article explains the refund timeline, how the funds are returned, and what to do if it hasn’t appeared yet.


How long does a refund take?

  • Once your cancellation is confirmed, we begin processing your refund straight away

  • Most refunds are completed within 3–5 business days, but this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Where will my refund go?

  • Refunds are always returned to your original payment method

  • If you paid using a gift card, your refund will go back onto that same gift card

  • If you used loyalty credit, it will be re-applied to your account

Please keep your gift card until the refund has been received, as the balance will be reloaded to that card number


I haven’t received my refund — what should I do?

If it’s been more than 7 business days since your cancellation confirmation:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider — some may take longer to release funds

  2. If you still don’t see your refund, contact us via the Live Chat widget in the bottom right corner or on WhatsApp for support
