When will I receive my refund after cancellation?

Where your refund goes

  • Card payments → refunded to the same credit or debit card.

  • Gift card payments → refunded back to the original Gift Card.

Important to know

  • Always keep your Gift Card until the refund has been received, as the balance will be reloaded onto that card number.
