What happens if my order can’t be cancelled?
If your order has progressed too far in our fulfilment process, we may not be able to cancel it — even if you contacted us quickly. In these cases, you’ll need to wait for the order to arrive and then return it if you no longer want it.

Why wasn’t my order cancelled?
Orders begin processing immediately, and once they reach a certain stage in our fulfilment system, we’re unable to make changes — even if the item hasn’t yet been dispatched.
What happens next?
If we confirm that your cancellation request came too late:
