How do I cancel my order?

If you’ve changed your mind, we’ll do our best to cancel your order — but we recommend acting quickly. Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed, and once they reach a certain stage of fulfilment, they can no longer be cancelled.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation only if your order hasn’t yet progressed too far in the fulfilment process.
Once your order reaches a certain stage in our system, we’re unable to stop it — even if it hasn’t yet been dispatched.


How to request a cancellation

  1. Contact us immediately using the Live Chat widget in the bottom right corner or on WhatsApp

  2. Provide your order number so we can locate it quickly

  3. We’ll check the status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible


What if my order is too far along to cancel?

If your order has already progressed too far in our fulfilment system, we won’t be able to cancel it.
In that case, you can wait for it to arrive and then follow our standard returns process.
