It’s simple to keep track of your Encore Loyalty points and enjoy the rewards you’ve earned. Whether you’re shopping in-store or online, your balance is always within reach.

Ways to check your points balance

Via the App

• Open the Brown Thomas App

• Tap ‘Account’, then select ‘My Loyalty’

• You’ll be able to view your current points balance and recent activity

Online

• Log into your account on brownthomas.com or arnotts.ie

• Navigate to the ‘My Loyalty’ section to review your points

In Store

• Speak with a member of our team at any till point, and they’ll be happy to check your balance for you

Additional information

• Points from recent purchases may take a few days to appear in your account

• Bonus points, such as Birthday Points or Sustainable Edit rewards, may take up to 30 days to reflect

• Only qualifying purchases are eligible for points. Items such as gift cards and alcohol are excluded
