I can’t reset my password – what should I do?

If you are experiencing issues resetting your Encore Loyalty password, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your inbox:
    After requesting a reset, allow a few minutes for the email to arrive. Check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it.

  2. Verify the correct email:
    Ensure you are entering the same email address registered to your Encore Loyalty account.

  3. Try again:
    If you don’t receive the reset email, try requesting it once more from the login page by selecting Forgot Password.

  4. Check email security settings:
    Sometimes security filters can block password reset emails. Check your settings if you still don’t receive it.

  5. Contact Customer Service:
    If you still cannot reset your password, please contact our Customer Service team through the Live Chat widget or WhatsApp. We can assist with troubleshooting or reset your account manually if needed.

Please note:

  • Password reset links expire after a short time for security reasons. If expired, you will need to request a new link.

  • Your new password must meet security criteria, such as including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and a special character.
