How do I find my Encore Loyalty card number?

Your Encore Loyalty card number is located either on your physical card or digitally within the Brown Thomas App. You can use either format when shopping in-store or online to earn and redeem points.

Where to find your card number:

In the App

• Open the Brown Thomas App

• Tap ‘Account’

• Select ‘My Loyalty’ — your digital card and card number will be displayed

On a physical card

• Your card number is printed directly on the back of your Encore Loyalty card

Using your card

• In-store: Present either your digital or physical card at the till

• Online: Your loyalty account is automatically linked when logged in, so your points will be applied
