How do I update my email address?

If you need to update the email address linked to your Encore Loyalty account, you can easily do so through the Brown Thomas app or by contacting our Customer Service team.

To update your email via the Brown Thomas App:

1. Open the Brown Thomas app.

2. Go to Account and select My Details.

3. Update your email address and save your changes.

Important:

• Please ensure your new email address is valid and accessible, as it will be used for important loyalty communications and updates.
