Important to Know:

Once your account is closed, any points balance will be lost and cannot be reinstated.
Account closure is permanent and your loyalty history cannot be recovered.

Data Privacy:

All personal information associated with your loyalty account will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy once closure is complete.
