How do I request a refund?

Requesting a refund for an online purchase
Prepare your item
Ensure it is unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and in a saleable condition.
Complete the returns form
Use the form included with your delivery and mark the item(s) you wish to return.
Return your item
By post: Arrange your return via An Post Returns (Republic of Ireland) or DPD Returns (Northern Ireland). A fee of €4.95/£4.95 applies, paid directly to the carrier.
In-store: Bring your dispatch invoice and order confirmation email to any Brown Thomas store (note: exclusions apply for certain luxury brands).
Confirmation of refund
Once your return has been received and processed (allow up to 14 days), you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Return the item in person
Bring the product and the original receipt to any Brown Thomas store.
Full-priced items: Refund available within 14 days of purchase.
Reduced-price items: Eligible for exchange only within 14 days; no refunds available.
