How do I return my order?

Returning an online order – Republic of Ireland

• Via An Post:

  1. Complete the returns form included in your parcel.

  2. Pack items securely, ideally in the original packaging.

  3. Visit An Post Returns and select either:

     • Brown Thomas (fashion, beauty, home, general items), or

     • Brown Thomas Electrical (electrical items).

  4. Choose your preferred option:

     • Print your own label and drop off at an An Post location, or

     • Schedule a home collection where the driver will provide the label.

  5. Pay the €4.95 return postage fee directly to An Post. 

  6. Retain proof of postage and tracking details.

• In-store return:

  1. Bring your dispatch invoice and order confirmation email.

  2. Return items to any Brown Thomas store within 21 days.

  3. Ensure items are unused, with tags and in a saleable condition.

  4. Brand exclusions may apply (for example, Bottega Veneta, Prada, Jimmy Choo).

• Customers are responsible for arranging their own tracked courier service.

Returning an in-store purchase

• Full-priced items: Refund available within 14 days or exchange within 28 days.

• Reduced-price items: Eligible for exchange only within 14 days.

• Present the original receipt or a digital receipt from the Brown Thomas App.

• Gift receipts entitle the holder to an exchange only.
