How do I check the status of my return?

After you have sent your return, it is easy to track its progress. We will keep you informed once your return has been received and processed, but you can also monitor your shipment independently for peace of mind.

How to track your return

  • Republic of Ireland (An Post returns):
    Use the tracking number provided when you arranged your return on the An Post Returns portal.

  • Northern Ireland (DPD returns):
    Track your parcel using the tracking number issued via DPD Returns.

  • Returns from outside the island of Ireland:
    If you have arranged your own return, please track your parcel directly with your chosen carrier.

Important: We are only able to check the status of your return once it has been received into our returns facility.

How long does it take to process my return?

  • Arrival and processing:
    Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 14 days for processing.

  • Refund confirmation:
    You will receive an email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

  • Bank processing time:
    After we have processed your refund, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.

Helpful reminders

  • Always retain your proof of postage and tracking number until your return is fully processed and your refund has been received.

  • Please be aware that returns may take slightly longer to process during peak periods such as Christmas or sales events.

  • If you have not received your refund confirmation within 14 days of returning your item, we recommend contacting us via the Live Chat widget or WhatsApp for further assistance.
