How to arrange a collection (Republic of Ireland only)

1. Visit An Post Returns

   • Go to the An Post Returns website.

2. Select the retailer

   • Choose ‘Brown Thomas’ for fashion, beauty, and general items.

   • Choose ‘Brown Thomas Electrical’ if returning electrical goods.

3. Schedule a collection

   • Select the option to have your return collected from your address.

   • If you don’t print a label, the driver will bring one when they arrive.

4. Prepare your parcel
