Can I include a gift message with my order?

You can include a personalised gift message when placing an online order with Brown Thomas, as long as you select one of our gift wrap options during checkout. This allows you to send a thoughtful note without showing the item’s price.

How to include a gift message
To add a message to your online order:

1. Proceed to checkout.

2. Select a gift wrap option under Gift Options.

3. Enter your personalised message in the field provided.

4. Complete the checkout process — your message will be printed on a notecard and included with your parcel.

What to know about gift messages

• A gift message can only be added when a gift wrap option is selected.

• Messages have a character limit to ensure they display clearly on the card.

• Orders with gift wrapping will exclude pricing from the packing slip.

• If gift wrap is not selected, a gift message cannot be added.
