How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from emails?

You can manage your Brown Thomas email preferences at any time. Whether you want to subscribe to our latest updates or unsubscribe from marketing communications, your online account allows you to stay in control. This guide shows you how to update your contact preferences.


Managing your email preferences

If you have an online account:

  1. Log in to your account at brownthomas.com.

  2. Go to Account Details.

  3. Select Contact Preferences.

  4. Tick or untick the boxes to subscribe or unsubscribe from emails.

  5. Save your changes.

If you checked out as a guest:
You may still unsubscribe by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email you have received.


Important to know

  • Essential service emails (e.g. order confirmations, dispatch updates, returns processing) will always be sent, even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

  • Marketing emails may take a few days to stop after you update your preferences.

  • If you cannot update your contact preferences, please use the Live Chat widget in the bottom right corner for assistance.
