If you want to update your saved details or preferences in your Brown Thomas online account, you can manage everything directly from the My Account section. Customers often ask how to change their saved addresses, contact details, or communication preferences, and this guide explains step by step how to keep your information accurate and up to date.
Updating your account details
Log in to your account on brownthomas.com or through the App.
Go to My Account and select My Details.
Edit your saved personal information, such as your name, phone number, or email address.
Save your changes to update your account immediately.
Managing saved addresses
In My Account, select Address Book.
Add, edit, or remove saved addresses.
Ensure your default delivery and billing addresses are correct before placing a new order.
Updating preferences
In My Account, go to Preferences.

Important information
