How do I track my order?
If you’re wondering “How do I track my Brown Thomas order?” there are two ways — through your online account or the shipping confirmation email. Tracking your order lets you see live delivery updates, your courier, and when to expect your parcel.
Tracking your order if you used an account
Log in to your account at brownthomas.com or in the App.
Go to My Orders.
Select the order you wish to track.
Click the tracking number to view live updates directly from the courier.
Tracking your order if you checked out as a guest
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
This email contains your tracking link.
Simply click the link to view your parcel’s status and estimated delivery date.
When tracking information becomes available
Tracking usually activates 24–48 hours after dispatch, once the courier scans your parcel.
If your order was only recently shipped, please allow time for updates to appear.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email
If it has been more than 48 hours since you placed your order and you still have no shipping confirmation:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm that the email address used at checkout was correct.
If you used an account but don’t see the order listed, you may have checked out as a guest.
Couriers we work with
The delivery partner assigned to your order depends on the service and destination:
An Post – Standard delivery within the Republic of Ireland.
DPD – Express delivery and all Northern Ireland orders.
Wheels We Deliver – Same Day and Nominated Day delivery within Dublin, Maynooth, Naas, Newbridge, Bray and Greystones only.
DHL – Selected luxury boutique orders, often for high-value or designer items.
Details of your courier will be listed in your shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking link is not working
It may show as “awaiting parcel” or display no updates if the courier has not yet scanned your order.
This is normal in the first 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Keep checking the link for updates, as scans are often added overnight.
