How do I track my order?

To track your order, you can use the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. If you placed your order using an account, you can also view the status of your order at any time in the ‘My Orders’ section on the App or website.

This article will help if:

  • You’ve placed an order and want to check its delivery status

  • You can’t find the tracking link or shipping confirmation email

  • You’re unsure whether your order has been dispatched


Tracking your order

If you ordered using an account:

  1. Log in to your account on our website or App.

  2. Go to the ‘My Orders’ section.

  3. Find the order you want to track.

  4. Click the tracking number to view live delivery updates from the courier.

If you checked out as a guest:

You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
This email is sent once your order has been dispatched.


When tracking information becomes available

Tracking typically becomes available 24 to 48 hours after your order is dispatched.
If your order was recently shipped, please allow some time for the delivery partner to process and scan your parcel.


If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email

If it's been more than 48 hours since you placed your order and you haven't received a shipping confirmation:

  • Check your spam or junk folders

  • Make sure the email address you used at checkout was correct

  • If you're using an account but don’t see your order, you may have checked out as a guest

This will be listed in your shipping confirmation email.
