If you are asking “Has my order been dispatched yet?” the quickest way to know is by checking your shipping confirmation email or logging into your Brown Thomas account. Dispatch means your order has been prepared for delivery and is in the final stages before being handed over to the courier.


How to confirm if your order has been dispatched

  • Account customers: Log in at brownthomas.com or in the App → go to My Orders → tracking will appear once the order has been dispatched.

  • Guest checkout: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email to the address used at checkout when your order is dispatched.


What the shipping confirmation means

  • The email confirms your parcel has been processed for delivery.

  • Important: it does not always mean the courier has collected it yet.

  • Tracking may not update until the delivery partner scans your parcel into their system.


Typical dispatch timelines

  • Express Delivery: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Standard Delivery: usually dispatched within up to 5 working days.

  • A short delay can occur between processing and courier collection, particularly during peak periods.
