If you've placed an order and are waiting for an update, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed. This means your parcel is being prepared for delivery, but it may not yet be with the delivery partner.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed for delivery.
This is a sign that your parcel is being prepared and is in the final stages before handover to the courier.
Important: This email does not always mean your parcel has been collected by the delivery partner yet — tracking may not update until they scan it.
If you used an account:

Log in and go to ‘My Orders’

Once dispatched, your tracking link will appear beside the order
If you checked out as a guest:

You’ll receive the confirmation by email to the address used at checkout
How long does dispatch usually take?
Most orders are dispatched within:

1–2 working days for Express Delivery

Up to 5 working days for Standard Delivery
There may be a short delay between processing and courier collection, especially during peak times.
My order hasn’t been dispatched yet — what should I do?
If you’re still within the expected delivery timeframe, your order is likely still being processed.
However, if:

You chose Express Delivery and it’s been more than 2 working days with no dispatch email, or

You chose Standard Delivery and it’s been over 5 working days
