Customers often ask, “Can I update my delivery address or Eircode after placing a Brown Thomas order?” Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to make manual changes to the delivery details. This ensures your order moves quickly through our fulfilment process without delays.


Can I update my address after placing the order?

No — once an order is confirmed, the delivery address (including the Eircode) cannot be amended. This applies to:

  • Correcting typos in your address.

  • Adding or editing an Eircode.

  • Changing the delivery location altogether.


What if my order has not yet been dispatched?

If your order has not yet reached a certain stage of fulfilment, you may still have time to cancel it and place a new order with the correct address.

  • Provide your order number so we can check if cancellation is possible.


What if my order has already been dispatched?

  • You cannot amend the address once the parcel is with the courier.
