Can I change my delivery address or Eircode after placing an order?

Once your order has been confirmed, we’re unable to make any changes to the delivery address, including the Eircode. This is because orders are processed quickly through our system to avoid delays.

This article explains your options if you’ve noticed a mistake in your address or forgot to include your Eircode.


Can I update my address after placing the order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes once your order has been placed and confirmed.
This includes:

  • Correcting a typo in the address

  • Adding or editing your Eircode

  • Changing the delivery location

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may be able to cancel it and place a new one with the correct information.


What if I forgot to include my Eircode?

Your parcel may still reach you without an Eircode if the rest of the address is complete and accurate. However:

  • Including the correct Eircode reduces the risk of delays or failed deliveries

  • If you’ve already received your shipping confirmation, the parcel is with the delivery partner and the address cannot be changed


What should I do next?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched:

  • Contact us as soon as possible via Live Chat or WhatsApp

  • We’ll try to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse so you can place it again with the correct address

If your order has been dispatched:

  • You can try contacting the courier directly using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation

  • Some couriers may offer limited in-transit options, but we cannot guarantee a change
