Why did only part of my order arrive?
If you’ve received some items but not the full order, it may be arriving in more than one delivery. This can happen when items are coming from different locations, are packed separately, or are delayed in transit.

Why do some orders arrive in separate deliveries?
Your order might be split into multiple parcels if:

Items are shipped from different warehouse locations

Some products are handled by specialist couriers (e.g. luxury or large items)

One part of your order is ready earlier than the rest
Each parcel will have its own tracking link and delivery timeline.
How to check if more parcels are on the way
If you used an account:

Log in and go to ‘My Orders’

Click on your order and review the tracking section

If the order has been split, you'll see multiple tracking numbers
If you checked out as a guest:

Check your shipping confirmation email(s)
You may have received more than one email with separate tracking links
What to do if an item seems to be missing
If you believe part of your order is missing and you haven’t received a second tracking link after a few days:

Double-check your email inbox and spam folder for multiple shipping emails

Review your full order history if you used an account

If you still can’t locate the item or a second parcel, reach out via Live Chat or WhatsApp with your order number
