I haven’t received a confirmation email

If you’ve placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, don’t worry — this can sometimes be caused by a typo in your email address, an issue with your inbox, or a delay in our systems during busy periods.

What to do if your confirmation email hasn’t arrived

1. Check your spam or junk folder

Your confirmation email may have been filtered out of your main inbox.

2. Confirm the email address used at checkout

If you’re logged into an account, go to the ‘My Orders’ section on the website or App.
If you don’t see your order there, you may have checked out as a guest or entered your email incorrectly.

3. Check for payment confirmation

If the payment was successful and your card has been charged, this usually means the order has gone through.
You should receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been processed.


Can I still track my order without a confirmation email?

Yes — if your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
If you don’t have your order number, we can usually find your order using your name, address, or the last four digits of the card used.
