It says my order was delivered but I haven’t received it
If your tracking link says your order has been delivered, but you haven’t received anything, don’t worry — this can often be resolved quickly. It’s possible the parcel was left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or scanned early before actual delivery.

What to check first
Before contacting us, please check the following:

Safe places – Check around your property (porch, bin storage, garage, side entrance, etc.)

Neighbours or building management – A neighbour, concierge, or front desk may have accepted the delivery

Delivery note – Some couriers leave a “Sorry we missed you” card or update the tracking with location notes

Email and tracking updates – Read through the full tracking page for any delivery location details or photos
Could it have been scanned early?
Sometimes a parcel is marked as delivered before the driver actually drops it off.
If it's been less than 24 hours since the status changed to "Delivered", it's worth giving it a little more time.
