Why isn’t my tracking link working yet?

If your tracking link says “awaiting parcel” or isn’t showing any updates, don’t worry. This is common in the early stages of shipping. Your order may have been processed, but the delivery partner hasn’t yet scanned it into their network.

This article explains what these statuses mean and when to expect tracking updates.

What does “awaiting parcel” mean?

If your tracking link shows a message like:

  • "Awaiting parcel"

  • "We’ve received the details but not the package"

  • No status or movement at all

This means:

  • We’ve processed your order and shared the delivery details with the courier

  • Your parcel is waiting to be collected or scanned by the delivery partner

When will tracking start showing updates?

Tracking usually begins to update within 24–48 hours after dispatch, once the courier scans your parcel at their collection or sorting centre.

You might not see movement immediately after receiving your shipping confirmation — this is normal and does not mean your order has been delayed.

What should I do while I wait?

  • Keep checking the tracking link once a day — updates often appear overnight

  • If it’s still blank after 3 working days from when you received your shipping confirmation, contact us via Live Chat or WhatsApp, and we’ll look into it for you

Common reasons for tracking delays

  • Courier delays in scanning parcels at the depot

  • Weekend or bank holiday handovers

  • High volumes during busy periods

We’ll always do our best to ensure your parcel is on its way as quickly as possible, even if tracking takes a little longer to reflect movement.
