Who is delivering my order?

We work with a range of trusted delivery partners depending on the delivery method, your location, and the type of product you’ve ordered. This article explains who might be delivering your parcel and how you’ll know which courier is assigned to your order.

How do I find out who’s delivering my order?

You’ll see the courier details in your shipping confirmation email, sent once your order has been processed for delivery. This email includes your tracking number and the name of the delivery partner.

If you placed your order using an account, you can also log in and go to the ‘My Orders’ section to view your tracking link.

Delivery partners we work with

We partner with different couriers based on your delivery method:

• An Post – Standard delivery within the Republic of Ireland

• DPD – Express delivery and all Northern Ireland orders

• Wheels We Deliver – Same Day and Nominated Day delivery in Dublin

• DHL – Selected luxury boutique orders, often for high-value or designer items

What if I haven’t received courier details?

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet:

• Your order may still be in processing

• Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched
