How do I track my Click & Collect order?
If you are asking “How do I track my Click & Collect order?” the process is different from home delivery. Click & Collect orders are sent from our central warehouse to your chosen store and do not include a courier tracking link. Instead, you’ll be updated directly by email when your order is ready for collection.
How Click & Collect tracking works
You will receive two emails:
Order Confirmation – confirming your purchase.
Ready for Collection – confirming your items have arrived in-store.
If you created an account, you can also log in to “My Orders” to view the status of your order.
When will my order be ready?
Most Click & Collect orders are ready within 3–5 working days.
During peak periods or if items come from multiple locations, it may take longer.
Please wait for your “Ready for Collection” email before visiting the store, as items will not be available beforehand.
Collecting your order
When you arrive in-store, bring:
Your “Ready for Collection” email (printed or shown on your phone).
A valid photo ID such as a passport or driving licence.
If someone else is collecting for you, they will need:
A copy of your “Ready for Collection” email.
Their own photo ID.
A document showing your name and address, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
