How do I track my Click & Collect order?
If you chose Click & Collect at checkout, your order will be sent from our central warehouse to your chosen store. This means it won’t be available for same-day collection, even if the item is showing as in stock online.
This article explains when to expect your order, how you’ll be notified, and what to bring with you when collecting.
When will my Click & Collect order be ready?
Click & Collect orders are typically ready within 3–5 working days, as they are sent from our warehouse to the store.
You’ll receive an email titled ‘Your order is ready for collection’ once your items have arrived in-store.
During peak times or if your item is coming from a different location, delivery to store may take slightly longer.
Can I track my Click & Collect order?
You won’t receive a courier tracking link for Click & Collect.
Instead, you’ll be notified by email when your order is:

Confirmed and being prepared

Ready for collection
If you used an account, you can also log in and check the status in the ‘My Orders’ section.
Where do I collect my order?
Your ‘Ready for Collection’ email will confirm:

The store name and address

The collection point location

Any additional collection instructions
Please wait for this email before visiting the store, as your order will not be available until it arrives.
What should I bring to collect my order?
You’ll need to bring:
