How do I track my Click & Collect order?

If you are asking “How do I track my Click & Collect order?” the process is different from home delivery. Click & Collect orders are sent from our central warehouse to your chosen store and do not include a courier tracking link. Instead, you’ll be updated directly by email when your order is ready for collection.


How Click & Collect tracking works

  • You will receive two emails:

    1. Order Confirmation – confirming your purchase.

    2. Ready for Collection – confirming your items have arrived in-store.

  • If you created an account, you can also log in to “My Orders” to view the status of your order.


When will my order be ready?

  • Most Click & Collect orders are ready within 3–5 working days.

  • During peak periods or if items come from multiple locations, it may take longer.

  • Please wait for your “Ready for Collection” email before visiting the store, as items will not be available beforehand.


Collecting your order

When you arrive in-store, bring:

  • Your “Ready for Collection” email (printed or shown on your phone).

  • A valid photo ID such as a passport or driving licence.

If someone else is collecting for you, they will need:

  • A copy of your “Ready for Collection” email.

  • Their own photo ID.

  • A document showing your name and address, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
