Can I change my Click & Collect location after placing an order?

Once your Click & Collect order has been placed, the selected store location cannot be changed. This is because your order begins processing straight away, and we aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible from our warehouse.

What if I need to collect from a different location?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with your preferred store.

To request a cancellation:

  • Use the Live Chat widget in the bottom right corner of your screen

  • Or contact us via WhatsApp

Please include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

What happens if my order has already been dispatched?

If your order is already on its way to your chosen store, we will be unable to reroute it. You’ll receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email once it has arrived and is available to pick up.
