What happens if I don’t collect my Click & Collect order?
If your Click & Collect order isn’t collected within 10 days of receiving your ‘Ready for Collection’ email, it will be returned to stock automatically.
Here’s what happens next:

You’ll be refunded to your original payment method once the item is returned

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
