Collection window
Orders are held for 7 days from the date you receive your “Ready for Collection” email.
If your order is not collected within this timeframe, the items will be returned to stock.
Refund process
A refund will be issued to your original payment method once the items are processed back into stock.
You’ll receive a refund confirmation email when this is complete.
