How does Click & Collect work at Brown Thomas?
Click & Collect allows you to shop online and collect your order in-store at your convenience. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse to your selected Brown Thomas store and are typically available within a few working days.
How to place a Click & Collect order

Shop online at brownthomas.com.

At checkout, choose Click & Collect and select your preferred store.

Wait for your ‘Ready for Collection’ email before visiting the store.
How long will it take?
Click & Collect orders are usually ready within 3–5 working days, as they are sent from our central warehouse. Same-day collection is not available.
What to bring when collecting

Your ‘Ready for Collection’ email (on your phone or printed)

A valid photo ID
If someone else is collecting for you, they’ll need:

A copy of the ‘Ready for Collection’ email

Their own photo ID

Proof of your address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement)
How long will my order be held?
Orders are held for 10 days after the 'Ready for Collection' email is sent. If the order isn’t collected within that time, it may be returned to stock and refunded to your original payment method.
