What should I bring when collecting my Click & Collect order?

When collecting your Click & Collect order from Brown Thomas, please ensure you bring the following:

Required for collection:

• Your ‘Ready for Collection’ email (either printed or shown on your phone)

• A valid photo ID (e.g. passport or driver’s licence)

We use this information to verify the order and ensure a smooth collection process.

Collecting on someone else’s behalf?

If someone else is collecting the order for you, they must bring:

• A copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email

• Their own photo ID

• A document showing your name and address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement)
