Where do I go to collect my Click & Collect order in-store?

Each Brown Thomas store has a designated Click & Collect area where you can pick up your order. Once you've received your ‘Ready for Collection’ email, you can head in-store to collect.

When you arrive:

• Look for signage directing you to the Click & Collect area, or

• Ask any member of our team — they’ll be happy to guide you

Tip: Please wait for the ‘Ready for Collection’ email before visiting the store, as your order won’t be available until you’ve received this confirmation.
