Can I extend my Click & Collect collection window? – Brown Thomas

Click & Collect orders at Brown Thomas are held for 10 days from the date your ‘Ready for Collection’ email is sent.

At this time, we are unable to offer an extension as standard. If you’re concerned you won’t be able to collect your order within the 10-day window:

We’ll do our best to support you, depending on store capacity and the nature of the item

Orders not collected within 10 days will be returned to stock, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
