How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?

After placing a Click & Collect order with Brown Thomas, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Your order is sent from our warehouse to your selected store and you’ll receive an email once it’s ready for collection.

What to expect

• Once your order has been processed and packed, we’ll dispatch it to your chosen store.

• You’ll receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email when your order has arrived in-store and is available for pickup.

• Please do not visit the store until you’ve received this email, as your items won’t be available beforehand.

Can I track my Click & Collect order?

Yes. If you’ve created an account, you can log in and check the status under ‘My Orders’. This will show whether your order is still processing or has been dispatched to your selected store.

How long does it usually take?

Click & Collect orders are typically ready in 3–5 working days. Delays can occasionally occur during busy periods or due to stock location, but we’ll keep you informed via email.
