How long will my Click & Collect order be held for?
Once you’ve received your ‘Ready for Collection’ email, your Click & Collect order will be held at your selected Brown Thomas store for 10 days.
What happens if I can’t collect in time?
If you're unable to collect your order within this timeframe:

The order may be automatically returned to stock

A refund will be processed to your original payment method
We recommend collecting your order as soon as you receive your notification to avoid disappointment.
